Chef Claudia Rovegno of Italian restaurant From Scratch in Ridgewood is set to add an extensive takeout and delivery service in September, though she plans to roll it out slowly starting now. "I don't want to be only a restaurant," said Rovegno, a Rome native who opened From Scratch three years ago to critical acclaim.

After five years of serving a delicious but familiar menu of primarily Italian dishes, Claudia Rovegno, chef and co-owner of From Scratch in Ridgewood, is set to turn her airy BYOB restaurant into North Jersey's first pasta bar.
