  • HOW TO PREPARE

    Cacio e Pepe with Our Sauce

     Cook the Pasta

    • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Cook the pasta until al dente, then reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

     Prepare the Sauce

    • In a stainless steel or glass bowl (not directly on the heat), add our Cacio e Pepe sauce.
    • Gradually mix in a few tablespoons of hot pasta water, stirring continuously to create a smooth, creamy texture.

     Combine

    • Add the drained pasta to the bowl.
    • Toss vigorously, adding more pasta water if needed, until the sauce perfectly coats the pasta.

     Serve Immediately

    • Plate and enjoy! For extra flavor, top with more grated Pecorino Romano and freshly ground black pepper.
